In an unanimous fashion, the Moulton City Council voted to terminate municipal judge Fred Nieto, Jr. during Thursday’s regular meeting after deliberating the matter for over an hour in executive session.

Lavaca County Justice of the Peace and Moulton Municipal Judge Fred Nieto, Jr. was suspended and placed on unpaid administrative leave in August.
